Overview
Pî-tizè Bî was founded durring the late 18th century in late fall of the year 1758, by Ktîl Èdsîpî. The establishment of Pî-tizè Bî was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Ktîl Èdsîpî electing to pay people to resettle in Pî-tizè Bî.
Pî-tizè Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Pî-tizè Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Pî-tizè Bî is buildings are built arround a single broad cobblestone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's frontieer-style defences have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
A quick look in any direction shows Pî-tizè Bî is filled with vices. There are many taverns, brothels are advertising their services on the streets, cardsharks are plying their illicit trade within public squairs, and every shop has at least three signs advertising various sales on goods. That alone wouldn’t be too noticeable, if it wasn’t just so omnipresent and overwhelmingly how the people of this town live.

Cultural Notes
While Pî-tizè Bî might ostensibly be ruled by some other power, real control lies with the senior members of the local craft and labor guilds. Their decisions have the practical weight of law, and much of their time and effort is spent squeezing out competitors and parceling out economic opportunities in the community. Some guilds might have little or nothing to do with their original trade, and now exist purely as shells for political influence.
Pî-tizè Bî's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..
Due to the actions of local Kami, winter is short in Pî-tizè Bî.
The Leshy, Leaf near Pî-tizè Bî are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Pî-tizè Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves square dance to channel Elven High Magic energies of tier 1 via mimery.
